Produced from grapes of 70% local variety “Mandilari” and 30% of national variety “Syrah”. The juice remains with the grapes for 12 hours. Then it is fermented at a stable temperature of 17oC. You can drink it fresh at 12oC. It accompanies seafood, cheese, salads and fruit.
