Red natural sweet wine produced from the local variety Liatiko. The grape harvest takes place at the end of July. They are sun -dried between eight and ten days and then they are pressed and fermented. The wine remains in oak barrels, which were used at least twice or three times in the past, for thirty six months.
It is bottled and reaches your glass to accompany fruit, sweets and nuts.
