Red wine produced by organically grown grapes. Date of harvesting 26-30 August. Classic red vinification in stainless vats, blended with selected yeasts followed by its fermentation at the stable temperature of 20oC. Then it is left to mature in French oaked barrels for 12 months. Enjoy it in room temperature (18oC) with spicy cheese, red meat, game.
