White dry wine. Clear gold and yellow in colour with a rich aroma of tropical fruit. It is made from originally grown grapes. Their harvest, which lasts from 16th and 18th August, is subject to classic white vinification. It is fermented at 17οC. It mellows in stainless vats and it is bottled 4 months later. It can be served at the temperature of 10-12oC. It can accompany white meat, fish, shellfish and mild cheese.
